I began this position as
a marketing rep for St. Joseph County, I then transferred to Fort Wayne
to take over our fine wine consultant position.

When Allen Products
closed as a result of the owner's death, I joined Ramada Corp. as Food
and Beverage Director for the Ramada Fort Wayne. While I was in place I
doubled our F & B revenue. My mother's illness caused me to accept a
similar position in South Bend in less than a year with the Americana
Hotel Corp.

I was with Americana for
several years. During that time we erased a considerable annual deficit
for the department and returned it to profitability. A change in
management caused me to consider several other positions available within
the company, but I was engaged to a local girl and chose to resign
instead.

I started as a
bartender, biding time until my wife at the time finished nursing school.
I then became General Manager and soon had the "hottest"
nightclub in the city. As profits soared the owner had second thoughts
about a percentage of the profits that was to be part of my compensation.
We parted on harsh terms.

I passed the state tests
for a real estate sales license while at W.M.R.D's and joined the local
E.R.A. brokerage. I was with them for a year, during which time I passed
the state real estate broker's exam.

I joined Schelle and
Associates as an Associate Broker and was with them on a full time and
then a part time basis till the agency closed.

I managed a liquor store
Belmont, Northern Indiana's largest liquor retailer while I was married.
The steady paycheck and regular hours seemed to be a good idea at the
time.
